Orascom Development and Management (ODM) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Orascom Development Holding AG (Orascom Development - OD),a developer of fully integrated towns, offering hotels, private villas and apartments, leisure facilities such as golf courses and marinas along with all related facilities and supporting infrastructure. The Group secured and is in the process of securing large tracts of land in untapped yet attractive locations with significant potential.

The Group has an attractive pipeline of projects under development in Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Oman, Switzerland, U.A.E., Montenegro, Great Britain and Romania. OD proven business model is expected to yield further strategic development opportunities in the medium and long-term.

Currently it is operating three fully fledged towns, El Gouna , Taba Heights and The Cove, offering 32 hotels with more than 6,400 rooms, control a land bank of approximately 141 million sqm and has a workforce of approximately 18,000 employees. A partnership with ODM is effectively a partnership with OD, providing access to OD’s market-leading development expertise.
